Account details (name, email), health and fitness metrics you choose to share from Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung Health or similar, meals you log, and basic device/app usage so we can improve the product. We never sell your data.
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent for each health source and metric type, plus the contract necessary to provide the service. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Manage metrics.
Encrypted at rest in EU-based MongoDB clusters. Third-party processors include Apple (Health sync), Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung, Stripe (billing), Emergent (AI + auth infrastructure). Each acts as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Use Settings → Account & login → Delete account for a hard wipe of everything, or email admin@wing.app.
Data stays as long as you use WYNG. On deletion, all personal records are erased immediately; anonymised aggregates may be retained to improve AI coaching.
We'll notify you in-app and by email if this policy materially changes. Your continued use after notice means you accept the updated policy.
